To ensure a productive visit, please have your information and a list of current medications ready, and note that you may be asked to complete a brief health questionnaire prior to our arrival.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation and reminders via text or email as a reminder of the date and time. We may also send preparatory instructions if specific steps, like fasting or having certain documents that may be needed for your particular treatment plan. Our goal is to make your experience as seamless and stress-free as possible, allowing you to focus on what matters most: your healing journey.

A clear and concise cancellation and no-show policy helps us best serve all our patients. When an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice to offer that time slot to another patient in need of care. This courtesy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and maintain the highest standard of service for everyone.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance, or for which patients does not keep the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover a portion of the operational costs associated with the missed appointment. This policy is in place out of respect for our medical professionals time and the critical needs of other individuals awaiting treatment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this.
